Administration Assistant - Sitrak/Iveco/Tractors/Used


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with people and being part of a busy team. You’ll provide essential administrative support across Sitrak, Iveco, Tractors and Used to help ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.

 

About the Role

Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll assist with a variety of administrative tasks and help keep customer and vehicle processes moving efficiently.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the Sales team
  • Assisting with vehicle and customer documentation
  • Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with vehicle deliveries, registrations and transfers
  • Updating internal systems and databases
  • Answering phone calls and responding to general enquiries
  • Assisting with invoices, purchase orders and other administrative tasks
  • Supporting the Sales team with day-to-day requirements
  • Liaising with internal departments, customers and external suppliers
  • Ensuring paperwork and records are completed accurately and on time

 

About You

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised and enjoys working in a team environment.

 

You will ideally have:

  • Previous administration or office experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A positive, helpful and proactive attitude
  • The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
  • Previous automotive or dealership experience is advantageous, but not essential
