It’s all about getting to know each other. We are committed to understanding your diverse skills and

Here’s what you can expect:
We connect - The first step is for us to connect. This is usually in the form of an application to a job we post
We chat - We are keen to get to know you over the phone to clarify your interest in our business and the role you’ve
applied for. It’s also a chance for us to share more about the role and what it’s like to work here, and answer any questions you might have
We meet - Our face-to-face interview will be focused on getting to know each other. We will ask about your experience,
what drives you, your career goals, and how you like to work. It’s also your chance to find out what you can expect from the role,
and what life with Big Chief Hire is like.
We do our due diligence - We may ask you to complete some compliance checks, such as a Pre-Employment Medical or Police
Clearance, depending in the role you have applied for. We may also ask to speak to people you have worked with before
We ask you to join us - We formalise the process by making you an offer, which we hope you will accept!
