Key Responsibilities

  • Lead branch operations to deliver growth, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve key objectives and targets.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to maximise profitability.
  • Drive sales performance and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to support long-term success.
  • Oversee fleet, logistics, and inventory management with a focus on safety and compliance.
  • Implement systems and processes that lift productivity and operational excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to build a positive, high-performance culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing a branch or similar operation in the truck or equipment hire industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent financial, operational, and customer service management skills.
