Business Manager

We have two opportunities, one in light vehicles and one in our heavy vehicle dealership; both with excellent earning potential.
As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles by providing expert advice and assistance with finance and insurance solutions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the Finance and Insurance Department operates efficiently, ethically, and profitably while consistently delivering the highest standard of customer service.
About the Role:
- Facilitate the sale of Finance & Insurance products, tailoring services to customer needs while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage all F&I financial activities, including deal progress, compliance and system accuracy.
- Support the sales team and dealership management by presenting customers with tailored, ethical finance options.
- Ensure sound financial, legal, and operational practices within the F&I department,
- Receipt deposits, assist with vehicle payment calculations, follow up on work in progress and produce invoices to ensure seamless settlement transactions.
- Communicate policy and procedural changes to dealership staff and provide relevant F&I updates.
- Proven background in automotive finance and insurance.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Excellent administrative, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of Finance & Insurance products, finance contracts, compliance, and privacy laws (desirable).
- Ability to read and understand financial accounts and competitor finance/insurance offerings.
