Construction Estimator & Project Administrator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Construction Estimator & Project Administrator to support our Architect and broader construction team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone with strong estimating capability and a solid understanding of construction costing and project processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Architect with cost estimation, take-offs, and project budgeting
  • Preparing and reviewing project estimates, variations, and cost reports
  • Raising and processing purchase orders and job cost allocations
  • Monitoring project costs to ensure works remain within budget
  • Ordering materials and tracking supplier pricing and deliveries
  • Coordinating with trades and suppliers to obtain pricing and timelines
  • Supporting project administration and documentation as required

     

About You

  • Previous experience in construction estimating or project coordination
  • Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and trade scopes
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Proficient with estimating software and job management systems
