Light Vehicle Parts Interpreter
At Northeast Isuzu UTE, Burton, we’re looking for a motivated Light Vehicle Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive parts knowledge who enjoys helping customers and working closely with technicians.
About the Role
As a Light Vehicle Parts Interpreter, you’ll be responsible for identifying, sourcing and supplying the right parts for our customers and workshop. You’ll work closely with customers, technicians and suppliers to ensure parts are ordered accurately and available when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
- Accurately identify parts using part numbers, catalogues and vehicle information.
- Process customer and workshop parts orders efficiently and accurately.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
- Liaise with suppliers to source parts and check availability.
- Maintain accurate parts records and stock levels.
- Work closely with the Parts and Service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
About You
- Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge or passion for light vehicle automotive parts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Comfortable using computers and parts/inventory systems.
- A positive, reliable and customer-focused attitude.
