As our New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our dealership — managing leads and enquiries, running test drives, presenting vehicles to a high standard, and delivering a smooth, professional experience for every customer. You’ll enjoy strong lead flow, excellent stock availability, and genuine support from a high-performing team.

Relocation to Shepparton is welcomed and supported for the right candidate, making this an excellent option for those based in Melbourne or regional Victoria seeking a tree change without compromising career progression.

What you’ll do

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, including post delivery
• Present, demonstrate, and explain new and used heavy vehicles
• Conduct test drives and follow up all enquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain yard presentation standards
• Build long-term customer relationships and pipeline to ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets with strong team and management support

What we’re looking for

* Previous experience in automotive sales is ideal, but strong retail or customer-facing experience is also valued

• Professional communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
• A motivated self-starter who is organised and goal-driven
• Ability to work well within a team and build rapport easily
• Full driver’s licence (essential)
