Paint & Panel Supervisor Burton

We’re looking for a go-getter Panel & Paint Supervisor to take charge of our busy workshop in Burton, working side-by-side with our Truck Repair Centre Manager to deliver top results and keep our operation firing on all cylinders.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operations of our Panel & Paint Shop, ensuring every job hits the mark on quality and efficiency
• Support and mentor a talented crew of painters, panel beaters, and apprentices
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and repair quality from start to finish
• Work closely with the Truck Repair Centre Manager to keep jobs on track and targets on point
• Champion safety, pride, and continuous improvement in everything you do

   

  💪 What You Bring

• Experience as a Supervisor or Leading Hand in a paint & panel or truck repair environment
• Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly regarded)
• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to getting the job done right
• A positive, proactive attitude and the drive to help a great team grow even stronger
