Receptionist- BCH PA
Big Chief Hire is looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great customer service and being part of a busy team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors while supporting the team with day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a busy phone switchboard and walk in inquiries.
- Provide hospitality for customer and visitors in the dealership.
- Ensure the presentation of the main reception and meeting rooms are always impeccable.
- Carry out a range of general administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work closely with other team members including Sales and Service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About you
You will bring a passion for helping customers, and exceptional communication skills. You are driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time, as well as motivated to increase customer sales.
- Prior reception or customer service experience (essential);
- A friendly, client-focused attitude (essential);
- Drivers licence (essential);
- Ability to prioritise and multitask competing priorities;
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills;
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details and strong problem-solving skills
- Customer focused mindset
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office essential) with the ability to pick up new systems easily.
