🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians, fostering a positive work culture focused on teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and insurance partners — ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and communication.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including job scheduling, resource allocation, inventory management, and financial performance to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices.
  • Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the site — always looking for smarter, faster, and better ways to deliver great outcomes.

💪 About You

  • Proven leadership experience in a collision or truck repair environment (minimum 2 years)
  • Trade-qualified in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly desirable)
  • A hands-on, motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, workflow, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and people management skills — you know how to get the best out of your team
  • Committed to developing others and continuously improving performance
