We’re growing fast and looking for a Workshop Controller to support our busy Burton workshop.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations
- Plan, allocate and schedule jobs
- Keep workflow running efficiently and on time
- Carry out quality control checks on completed work
- Communicate clearly with service advisors, customers and technicians
- Mentor apprentices and support technicians
- Help drive safety, productivity and continuous improvement
👌 What We’re Looking For
- Qualified technician (light or heavy) – ideal for someone wanting leadership experience
- Diesel mechanical knowledge highly valued
- Strong organiser who can juggle priorities in a fast-moving workshop
- Confident communicator who works well with all levels of the team
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality
