We’re growing fast and looking for a Workshop Controller to support our busy Burton workshop.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations
• Plan, allocate and schedule jobs
• Keep workflow running efficiently and on time
• Carry out quality control checks on completed work
• Communicate clearly with service advisors, customers and technicians
• Mentor apprentices and support technicians
• Help drive safety, productivity and continuous improvement

👌 What We’re Looking For

• Qualified technician (light or heavy) – ideal for someone wanting leadership experience
• Diesel mechanical knowledge highly valued
• Strong organiser who can juggle priorities in a fast-moving workshop
• Confident communicator who works well with all levels of the team
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality
